1. Project Name: Switch-Asia English Website Technical Services

2. Project Description and Technical Requirements

A. Service Scope:

To archive the technical needs of the project English website, the technical service provider (hereafter referred to as “Party B”) is required to support Party A in website technical services and related areas. The specific services include:

Providing network security services for the project English website to ensure the safety of backend data.
Offering technical services for the project English website, including fixing bugs (e.g., non-functional images, website accessibility issues).
Supplying technical support for the project to ensure the domain name, registration, and server compliance of the project English website.
Providing other technical supports on the project English website as required by Party A.

The scope of services may be adjusted based on the actual needs of the project.

B. Service Duration:

The service duration for this project is long-term, continuing until the end of the project, starting from the signing of the contract.

C. Contractual Approach:

The services will be provided in accordance with the contract duration agreed upon.

Supplier Qualification Requirements

Must have relevant business scope, including computer network technology development; network technology, computer information technology development, technical consulting; development, sales of computer software and hardware, and provision of technical consulting, services, and promotion (excluding any projects forbidden by laws, administrative regulations, and decisions of the State Council, and restricted projects may only be operated with the required permissions).
Provide a copy of the business license with the company seal.
Consortium bids are not accepted for this project.

3. Project Budget

The procurement budget for this project is approximately RMB 54500 (including taxes).

4. Bid Submission Requirements

Bidders must include the following in their bid documents:

A. Commercial Part

Business license verified by annual inspection (copy stamped with company seal)
Legal representative’s power of attorney (signed and sealed)
Legal representative’s (or authorized agent’s) ID card (copy stamped with company seal)
Other contents required by the bidding documents and any additional information deemed necessary by the bidder (format to be determined by the bidder)
